Abridge — The medical AI startup hit $50M in ARR from subscription revenue and is raising $250M at a valuation of $2.5B pre-money led by Elad Gil and IVP with Alphabet’s CapitalG participating.

Eon — Founders exited their last company with a sale to Amazon, now Eon aims to reinvent cloud infrastructure backups. It’s raised a total of $127M across three rounds this year at a $750M valuation from Sequoia, Lightspeed and more.

MaC VC — The firm has raised a $150M Fund III focused on backing seed-stage startups including those in Africa. Notable investments include Chef Robotics.

Crosscut Ventures — The VC launched a new $100M fund focused on "frontier tech" supporting companies in climate software, space hardware, and other innovative technologies.

BBG Ventures — The firm established a new $60M fund to support founders from diverse backgrounds across gender, race, age, and class.

The European Innovation Council — The fund will allocate $1.5B to European deep tech research and startups next year, a ~€200M budget increase over 2024.
